RENTAL YIELDS

 

2018 yields in the Finnish centers of growth such as Greater Helsinki Area (Helsinki, Vantaa, Espoo), Tampere, Turku and Oulu were as follows, see the table below. Gross rental yields are higher for smaller apartments, for example, 26-29m2 studio, while bigger apartments earn the lower rental returns. Round trip transaction costs in Finland are relatively low, 2% transfer tax to be paid together with apartment purchasing.
